This activity can be done anywhere and is a fun way to get your participants engaged and out of their seats. Depending on the time you have dedicated to this community building exercise, come up with one or more scavenger hunt prompts. For example, tell everyone that they have 30 seconds to find something blue in the place they're currently occupying. Or ask them to report back with the weirdest, wackiest thing they can get their hands on in 1 minutes. Bring back something that makes a distinct noise! What's the best smelling thing you can gather in 45 seconds? Or give them a list of 5 different prompts and report back at the end of 5 minutes!

This exercise gets people up and moving, it sharpens their creativity and ingenuity, plus it gives all the other participants a glimpse into the lives of their cohort. Maybe give bonus points for people who make the whole group laugh. Or have the group vote on the most creative hunter! This fun activity will set a light and jovial mood for the rest of your group meeting. Enjoy!
